Kevin Hill is a hip, music industry attorney with the usual playboy trappings - a cool bachelor pad, two plasma televisions and women at his disposal. His world goes from changing girlfriends to changing diapers, when Kevin is given custody of his ten-month old cousin, Sarah.

Oblivious to child rearing, Kevin’s savior arrives in the form of George, a gay nanny who is a whiz with babies. Landing a new job at a small, female-driven firm, Kevin adjusts to being an instant Dad. Despite continuing temptation from his party buddies, Kevin is determined to walk the line between the women at his job, the women that he chases and the baby girl in the crib.
