Intrigue abounds at The Grand Waimea Hotel in sunny Hawaii, an exclusive escape for its wealthy, beautiful and powerful clientele. At the centre of it all is Jason Matthews (Kristoffer Polaha), the popular General Manager who makes sure his guests get the five-star treatment and his employees do whatever it takes to get the job done.

But his world is turned upside down by the arrival of Nicole Booth (Brooke Burns), the hotel’s new Director of Guest Relations, who is herself the daughter of a wealthy hotelier.

They represent the colliding worlds in North Shore - the rich and privileged, and the working employees - two worlds which are miles apart, yet mingle irresistibly against the sizzling backdrop of a dazzling beach and beautiful people.

Other notable stars include James Remar as hotel owner Vincent Colville, Nikki DeLoach as Jason’s surrogate little sister and Amanda Righetti as the former con artist and hotel concierge.
