Tu Tu Main Main is a hilarious comedy involving essentially a dominant and boisterous mother-in-law (Reema Lagoo) and her equally boisterous daughter-in-law (Supriya Pilgaonkar).

Tu Tu Main Main deals with the universal theme of a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law relationship, their moments of generic bickering and their moments of love and affection. There are incredible sweet and sour confrontations between the two.

They share a unique love-hate relationship where one cannot do without the other and yet they can?t spend a peaceful moment with each other.
